Peculiarity of right and legal freedom (ways of Kant substantiation)

The paper considers the way of Kant substantiation of peculiarity of the right and legal freedom. The author has analyzed some typical critical opinions and appraisals claiming that this substantiation is contradictory and unsatisfactory. The phases of Kant re-comprehension of a number of practical philosophy concepts in the course of his philosophical evolution have been pointed out. The basic results of Kant substantiation of peculiarity of the right and legal freedom in comparison with the morals and moral freedom have been considered as well.

Free will and moral law in the critical philosophy of I. Kant

In the work the problem of the person in F.I. Tyutchev's philosophical heritage has been considered, Tyutchev's attitude towards the person and his basic problems has been analysed. The conclusion has been made that Tyutchev's approach to these problems changed during his life. The most prominent aspects for the poet were problems of freedom, fate, death etc.

Prerequisites for substantiation of the concept "right" in the critical philosophy of I. Kant

The paper considers peculiarities of the perception of O. Conte, G. Spencer and some other by Russian philosophers of the second half of the XIX – early XX centuries. The analyses of philosophical views of P. Lavrov, S. Trubetskoy, K. Kavelin on the problem of perception has been worked out; the influence of Kant on philosophical principles of the above-named philosophers has been studied.
